Music Director

This role is responsible for leading the band during rehearsals and services, ensuring musical excellence, preparation, and consistency. Band Leadership & Musical Direction • Lead instrumentalists during rehearsals and services • Ensure all musicians understand their parts, transitions, and cues • Provide clear musical direction in real time to support worship flow • Serve as the primary instrumental leader on keys for the Contemporary Service Preparation & Arrangements • Prepare and distribute chord charts, keys, arrangements, and structure in advance • Communicate key changes or arrangement updates clearly before rehearsals • Support the Worship Leader in shaping arrangements and musical dynamics • Maintain consistency in sound and structure across services · Compensation includes expected preparation, rehearsals, and occasional meetings Compensation: $300 per week, which includes weekly rehearsal and Sunday
