We are seeking a talented and compassionate Music Director to support residents in our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility. Must Be Able To: Play guitarPlay piano/keysSing confidentlyKey Responsibilities: Lead music sessions and performances for residentsCreate engaging, uplifting musical experiencesCoordinate group sing-alongs and therapeutic-style music activitiesAdapt music to meet the needs of seniors in rehab and long-term careCollaborate with Activities and Leadership teamsQualifications: Strong musical ability across guitar, piano/keys, and vocalsComfortable performing in front of small to medium groupsWarm, patient, and resident-focused personalityPrior experience in senior care or healthcare settings is a plus (not required)Job Type: Full-time
