Music Director

LHRG is assisting Highland Presbyterian Church (PCUSA), a 700-member congregation located in the thriving community of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is looking for a Director of Music to be a creative and dynamic leader with a vision to continue our musical excellence and presence in the community. Oversight of all the church's ensembles is the Music Director's responsibility and can be accomplished either by directly working with each group or through close administrative and/ or musical support to volunteer leaders. The position is considered part-time and flexibility regarding days off and time spent in the office per week is possible. Our 40-member Chancel Choir sings most weeks for our Traditional Service and is supported by an Adult Bell Choir, a Contemporary band, and local professionals hired as needed. In the summer, the Choir sings during the Communion Services, rehearsing just before the service.
