Music Director

Serves as Music Director and principal musical authority for the Praise & Worship Department Provides spiritual and musical leadership for the KJW team Plans and directs all musical aspects of services, rehearsals, and special events Leads weekly band rehearsals and coordinates with worship leaders for service planning Assists in the pre-production, production, and post-production of music content and live events Collaborates with the Executive Producer on creative direction for musical projects Provides mentoring and coaching to musicians in areas of flow, theory, and spiritual growth Oversees scheduling, auditioning, and development of new musicians and vocalists Directs and implements music programming, including use of software such as Ableton and Sibelius Bachelor’s degree in Music or related field and 12 months of experience as a Music Director or Worship Leader. includes being considered a spiritual leader in the church.
