Music Director Position Overview The Music Director leads and develops the worship band across all services and environments at Trace Church. Encourage growth in character, humility, and spiritual maturity within the team. Ensure the worship team is equipped to support growth and multiple services. Develop proficiency on primary instruments within a band environment. Song Resourcing & Arrangement The Music Director is responsible for preparing and resourcing songs for both the band and worship leaders.
