Music Director

First Lutheran Church of El Cajon is looking for a dedicated and talented music director to lead our music ministries. Direct performances in the Divine Service on Sundays and special services. Accompany the choir.Administration: Maintain the music library and attend meetings with the pastor.Volunteer Communication: Recruit and maintain the volunteer base in our music ministries. Hours:This is a part-time, salaried position estimated at 15 hours a week, with potential for growth. Open to candidates willing to learn the organ.Music leadership skills for working with choir and other ensembles.Volunteer communication and leadership skills.Ability to work well with volunteers and staff.
