This person works with the Senior Pastor to plan worship services and oversee the administrative, creative, and operational needs of the worship ministry. Responsibilities Plan and lead weekly worship services that are biblically sound, spiritually engaging, and aligned with the church’s mission. Lead rehearsals and ensure teams are prepared for services and special events. Provide spiritual encouragement and support to worship ministry volunteers. Coordinate with audio and video teams to support worship services.
