Overview The Music Director leads Ecclesia’s musical life as a shared expression of worship, formation, hospitality, and mission across our three campuses. Rooted in Ecclesia’s rhythms and values, this role cultivates a healthy community of musicians, creatives, and leaders, creating clear pathways for gifts to be discovered, developed, and shared. Creative & Missional Development: Explore and develop new ways music can serve Ecclesia’s community, campuses, and mission. Cultivate creative expressions that reflect Ecclesia’s values, diversity, and love for the city. Skilled musician with the ability to lead, direct, arrange, and support music in worship gatherings.
