This role exists to build confident, prepared worship teams by providing musical leadership, arrangement support, and rehearsal direction so that every service is worshipful, unified, and distraction-free. The ideal candidate is a skilled musician with strong music theory knowledge, band experience, orchestration ability, and production awareness, who can lead teams with humility, clarity, and joy. Support worship leaders by strengthening musical structure, transitions, and arrangements.
