RESPONSIBILITIES Support the SPD Director in creating culturally relevant worship environments that immediately... engage people to want to come back. Support a healthy multi-campus team dynamic that provides both “one church” and local support to the campus. Recruit, hire, train, develop and oversee a world-class Music team. Arrange Music Oversee track creation and delivery to all Southside campuses Oversee all Music administration KEY ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS • Proficient of Ableton Live • General knowledge of production software systems including but not limited to Pro-Presenter, Logic Pro, Avid Pro Tools • General knowledge of input/ output routing for audio, networked audio, and digital audio mixing consoles.
