Marketing and Development Director, Event Coordinator, Education Director, Production StaffOrganization Be accountable for purchases of equipment and supplies according to budget and approved procedures.In conjunction with the Music Director and the RYJO Music Director, create and update an annual performance calendar and associated budget. Assist in the development and implementation of the RJO's strategic plan based on the goals and objectives of the board.Prepare a budget draft and submit to the Finance Committee for review and board approval. They should have experience in fundraising as well as event production, education programming and financial management. The annual salary for this full-time, exempt position will be between $40,000 and $60,000 depending on the experience of the successful candidate.Application Requirements
