We say we have a gospel culture where people get better than they deserve. Lead the band in achieving the musical style described above.Direct the band in its practice and during the worship service making various musical decisions inpreparation for the worship service. Use PCO to coordinate and keep a schedule of musicians.Ensure that the weekly slides are correct and match the music / service. Build and print the weekly program.Display the ability to lead through gospel / jazz piano musical elements.Play weekly with the worship band. Display the ability to read music, match the musical style described above, and occasionally improvise.Must be willing to participate in the band’s practice sessions (likely monthly).
