Rehearse with musicians and vocalists and work toward growth in our music programs Collaborate with other choirs and artistic staff to mutual advantage including Saturday musicians. • Strong leadership skills to guide musicians effectively. • Ability to mentor and educate musicians to enhance performance quality. Joining our team as a Music Director offers the opportunity to lead and shape musical performances while participating in the worship leadership of the congregation.
