The Music Director is a part-time role reporting to the senior pastor of Renew San Diego. You can lead a band that includes professional musicians as well as committed volunteers, and are excited to be on the ground level of a church plant in center-city San Diego that is being formed for the good of all our neighbors, especially those that are on the outside of Christian community, faith, or society. We are all about renewal in every aspect: spiritual, physical, emotional… individual and communal, as we are reunited with God, reconnected with one another in community, and redirected outward to join God’s mission to renew all creation! - Develop A/V media team and grow a healthy team of volunteers and paid leaders to grow the worship experience at Renew Church. Compensation is also based on experience, and scales upward as the scope of the role increases over time.
