Music Director - Church Musician

Overview The music program at our church is robust and expected to be maintained at a high level. The salary for this position is $18,000-$20,000 annually, payable on the 15th and 30th of each month. Responsibilities • Provide music and direct the choir at Sunday worship services • Select suitable organ/piano and choral music for services • Coordinate with the Church Administrator regarding music activities • Submit music citations in full each week • Partner with the Church in planning and leadership of the music program • Maintain the music library in an orderly fashion • Attend to and report on the condition and needs of the Church's musical instruments • Reneew the Church's OneLicense reprint license annually Benefits • Annual salary: $18,000-$20,000 • Payable on the 15th and 30th of each month • Average hours: 4-6 per week from September through May, 2-3 per week during the summer • Four weeks of vacation/Sundays annually • FICA contributions for the position
