• Shall Coordinate the choosing of music for all worship services, in consultation with the Pastor. The goal is to provide blended worship utilizing a variety of music styles; Praise and Worship, choral and hymn/traditional music to help benefit and encourage the congregation and worship team to grow closer to the Spirit of God. • Must be available for Special Services (Christmas Eve, Good Friday, Easter) Bachelor’s degree in music preferred and proven experience in church leadership They also have strong organizational skills, the ability to lead, delegate, and work effectively with a volunteer worship team, ensemble/choir and good communication skills with people in general.
