This role involves leading a team of skilled individuals to oversee musical pit operations for high school productions. The successful candidate will have experience working with high school musicals, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build rapport with culturally diverse students. • Key Responsibilities: • The Musical Pit Director will be responsible for selecting student instrumentalists, teaching them, and conducting the pit during rehearsals and performances in collaboration with the cast and crew.
