Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Musical Director to oversee and direct our ecumenical music programs. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in directing choirs or bands and possess knowledge of various musical styles. As a Musical Director, you will be responsible for planning and leading music performances for worship services, managing pre-service coordination, and collaborating with chaplains and musicians. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and lead music performances for worship services • Manage pre-service coordination, setup, and facility management • Collaborate with chaplains and musicians to prepare for specific services • Lead congregational hymns and special music with weekly rehearsals • Develop an annual calendar of events and budgets for music, equipment, and supplies • Coordinate musical selections and digital worship music software Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
