Music Director Role

• Oversee the selection and scheduling of organists, cantors, special musicians, and choirs for parish liturgies. • Identify, train, and mentor cantors to ensure their continued musical development. • Collaborate with other music groups to maintain quality and continuity in our music program. • Manage audio systems and ensure optimal sound quality during liturgies. • Maintain professional competence through regular practice and staying updated on music and liturgy principles.
