About the position Responsibilities • Select and/or arrange music pieces for performances either for organ or for Choir/Handbells • Conduct rehearsals of ensembles, with regular rehearsal nights on Thursday • Collaborate with staff to coordinate music for services • Mentor and provide guidance to musicians and singers Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Strong educational background in music theory and performance • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey musical direction • Ability to mentor and inspire musicians • Leadership qualities to guide the musical team to success
