The Director of Music is a ministry position of Alamance Lutheran Church, and is under the direction of the Pastor implementing the policy and goals of the congregation. Enhances the worship experience at Alamance Lutheran Church providing music for all services and special occasions using the organ, pianos, choirs and instrumental groups. Staff Support Committee will provide consultation and support as needed at the request of the Director of Music. An annual review will be performed by the pastor with the chairs of the Worship and Music and Staff Support Committees. Will have nine days of paid leave annually.
