Weddings: • Music Director sets his/her own stipend for playing for weddings, within the American Guild of Organists guidelines, and is to discuss this with the couple and agree upon the fee at the time of consultation. Parish Mission: • Music Director will provide music for the Parish Mission and schedule cantors and/or substitute musicians if necessary. The Music Director will work to secure a substitute with prior consultation with Fr. • Should the Music Director engage a substitute, except for sickness or vacation, s/he will personally provide a stipend to the substitute. In addition, the Music Director will consult with the pastor if the family or couple wish to include musical selections outside this list.
