Your Role:

As a Music Education Instructor, you will cultivate a welcoming, engaging, and safe learning atmosphere where students can flourish. Your responsibilities include:

Providing music lessons to students of various ages and skill levels. Establishing positive connections with students and parents through ongoing communication, goal-setting, and progress tracking. Collaborating with store teams to effectively schedule lessons that enhance student retention. Utilizing your musical expertise to inspire students and support their development. What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of experience in music teaching. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music. Relevant professional teaching memberships or certifications. 8+ years of teaching experience, especially across multiple instruments such as piano, guitar, and woodwinds. About Us:
