Low Brass Instructor Opportunity The School of Music at Southern Nazarene University is seeking a qualified instructor to teach applied low brass lessons to music majors and non-majors at the university. About This Position • Teach applied lessons in low brass (Trombone, Euphonium, Tuba) • Work with the Director of Bands in program development and recruitment efforts Requirements • Masters degree in music • Minimum of two years of related work experience and/or relevant training • Experience teaching low brass at the high school level • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple demands in fast paced work environment We are looking for someone who is committed to teaching excellence, innovation, and program development.
