Your Role and Responsibilities:

Lead engaging music lessons for students of all ages and skill levels.Foster positive relationships with students and parents through open communication, goal-setting, and regular progress updates.Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and enhance student retention.Share your musical expertise to motivate students and nurture their growth.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.Two years of music teaching experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.Professional teaching memberships or certifications.Over 8 years of teaching experience with multiple instruments (including but not limited to banjo, clarinet, guitar, piano, and voice).About Music & Arts:

Competitive pay rate: $15/hr Non-Teaching Rate + $10.50-25/hr Teaching Rate based on background and experience.
