Your Role:
As a Music Educator, you'll create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students of all ages can thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing music lessons to students of various skill levels.
• Building positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication, goal-setting, and regular progress updates.
• Collaborating with store teams to schedule lessons and enhance student retention.
• Sharing your musical talents to inspire and guide students in their musical journeys.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Memberships or certifications from professional teaching organizations.
• 8+ years of diverse teaching experience across multiple instruments including but not limited to: guitar, piano, saxophone, and voice.
