Your Role:

As a Music Educator, you will craft a dynamic, welcoming, and secure learning atmosphere that allows students to excel. You will:

Provide engaging music lessons tailored to various ages and skill levels. Foster strong relationships with students and parents through open communication, setting goals, and providing progress updates. Collaborate with store teams to schedule lessons and enhance student retention. Impart your musical knowledge to motivate students and nurture their musical development. What We Require:

Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience. Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music. Membership in professional teaching organizations or relevant certifications. 8+ years of teaching experience, particularly with multiple instruments (such as baritone, bass clarinet, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, oboe, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, viola, violin, and voice).
