We have additional product categories but guitars is our main one!Foster and maintain customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle.Complete daily customer outreach to connect the right gear to the right people.Work with management to set and achieve goals for establishing, growing and expanding gross sales and margin.Serve as the go to person for any customer leads, questions, calls, transactions, and returns related to your product category.Optional: Participate in product demonstration videos for our social media and YouTube channels – an opportunity to establish your personal brand as a CME sales representative!RequirementsAny amount of sales experience with a proven track record of success, bonus points for music retail sales experience.Knowledge and expertise of musical instruments.Proficient with technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.Our tech stack includes Netsuite, Shopify, MacOS, and GSuite.Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 60 lbs occasionally.Ability to stand and move on feet for extended periods of time.Ability to crouch, kneel, lift objects overhead, and climb ladders on occasion.Additional Info and BenefitsFull time position, based out of our store near Lincoln and Belmont.
