Job Description As Music Growth Manager, you are responsible for hands-on execution of innovative strategies to improve the performance of Duetti’s catalog on platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and TikTok . Strategies will be informed by your experience researching, designing, and executing sophisticated marketing programs and creating growth loops. You Will: Develop an extensive understanding of single-track marketing practices while adapting those to the specific attributes of tracks owned or are of interest to Duetti. Lead the brainstorming, execution, monitoring and adaptations of various music growth strategies by deploying various internal and external resources. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in a growth marketing or data-driven marketing role; other experience of management consulting or similar will also be considered.
