Duetti is redefining how independent music creators monetize and grow their careers. As a Music Growth Manager at Duetti, you will drive the execution and coordination of strategies that improve the performance of our catalog across platforms such as Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, and TikTok. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of growth initiatives—from identifying opportunities and pitching tracks, to coordinating execution across internal and external partners, to tracking performance and iterating on strategies. Communication & collaboration: Strong written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional teams. 1+ year of experience in a project management, operations, marketing, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
