As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our schools, fostering growth, and ensuring student success. • Key Responsibilities: • Delivering outstanding customer service, including billing and schedule management • Building relationships within the local community to drive business and create performance opportunities • Recruiting, training, and managing staff to achieve school goals • Overseeing marketing, sales, and promotions to drive student and school success • Managing financial performance, including budgeting and cost control • Providing inspirational performance opportunities for students • Ensuring safety and compliance with standards and protocols Requirements: • 3+ years of management or sales experience • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for music • Strong staff recruitment and management skills • Proven problem-solving abilities and leadership skills • Ability to work well with diverse populations and manage multiple priorities We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager.
