Guitar Technician Role: As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and building relationships with customers. In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as guitar repair, maintenance, and sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: • Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience • Service customer-owned instruments • Maintain store-owned gear as requested • Complete warranty repair work • Additional duties as assigned Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products is also preferred.
