The Pennsylvania Music Preservation Society (PAMPS) is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization whose mission is to support traditional and emerging Pennsylvania musicians, promote and preserve Pennsylvania's musical heritage and ongoing musical contributions, and support youth music activity and education. Role Description The Talent Scout Intern will be responsible for identifying emerging musical talent by attending live performances, reviewing portfolios, and scouting for musicians. Responsibilities include assisting with talent recruitment processes, conducting interviews, maintaining relationships with artists, and collaborating with the team to support the mission of preserving and promoting music in Pennsylvania.
