United Academy of Music & Arts (UAMA), a school operated by Arabesque Conservatory of Music, is seeking a highly professional and dedicated Music Educator to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering personalized music instruction to students of all ages and abilities, including those with special needs. Duties • Develop comprehensive music lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels, incorporating elements like singing, instrument playing, and music theory • Deliver engaging lessons that motivate students to explore their musical talents and achieve their goals • Must feel comfortable working with students who are neurodivergent • Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain focus and foster a supportive environment for learners of all backgrounds • Pay is $30 per hour • Competitive hourly pay for teaching time, plus paid driving time and mileage reimbursement. • Medical, dental, and vision benefits available for instructors who consistently work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
