Your Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging music lessons for students of diverse ages and skill levels.Establish strong, positive connections with students and parents through ongoing communication, setting goals, and providing progress updates.Collaborate with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and improve student retention rates.Share your musical knowledge and passion to motivate students and support their ongoing development.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in music teaching.Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.Memberships or certifications in professional teaching organizations.8+ years of teaching experience across multiple instruments (including banjo, baritone, bass clarinet, bass guitar, bassoon, cello, clarinet, flute, French horn, guitar, mandolin, oboe, percussion, piano, piccolo, saxophone, string bass, trombone, trumpet, tuba, ukulele, viola, violin, and voice).About Music & Arts
