What You’ll Do • Teach engaging one-on-one music lessons • Lead or assist band rehearsals preparing for live shows • Adapt instruction to each student’s skill level • Assign practice goals through the School of Rock Method App • Build positive relationships with students and families • Collaborate with fellow instructors and school leadership All instructors must: • Arrive at least 15 minutes before their first lesson • Submit notes the same day of the lesson • Be prepared and organized for every lesson and rehearsal • Maintain a positive and encouraging student experience • Communicate professionally with parents and staff Founded in 1998, School of Rock is the world’s leader in performance-based music education, teaching over 75,000 students around the globe.
