Working with the Pastor, the Music Leader will select hymns and songs, schedule and lead volunteer musicians, and lead the congregation in musical worship. This is a part-time position, and the exact hours will depend on experience and the amount of time he or she requires for weekly preparation. Ability to lead with guitar or piano is required. In seeking the Lord's direction for our next Music Leader, Redemption is open to a wide range of prior experience.
