Music Leader - Forest Glen

Primary Purpose: The Music Leader will work closely with the Lead Pastor, Music Coordinator, and Production Coordinator to foster dynamic worship services and healthy music teams that lead our congregation to see and savor the greatness of God in Jesus Christ, by the power of the Spirit. • Work with Music Coordinator to cultivate a growing culture of encouragement and passion within the music ministry. • Lead worship 3 to 4 times a month working in coordination with the Music Coordinator. • Introduce new music to Park | Forest Glen that is doctrinally sound and musically engaging. • Work with the team (Lead Pastor, Production Coordinator and Music Coordinator) to plan the music portion of weekly services at least 4 weeks in advance of each service, choosing songs that engage the congregation and support the reading and preaching of God’s Word.
