Music Leadership Specialist

As a key member of the Ladgov Corporation team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Music Director/Accompanist to lead our musical direction for Protestant and Roman Catholic worship services. They will also assist with planning and requests for musical equipment and supplies, coordinate musical selections with the chaplain or CRMP, and provide piano accompaniment for Sunday Protestant and Catholic Worship Services. We are looking for someone with strong instrumental and vocal music skills suitable for secondary education settings, as well as the ability to read music, play worship/praise music, and direct other musicians and vocalists. A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing religious musical programs or 3 years of specialized experience is required. Key Responsibilities: • Lead musical direction for Protestant and Roman Catholic worship services • Piano accompaniment during worship services, including prelude music, congregational singing, and other music • Assist with planning and requests for musical equipment and supplies • Coordinate musical selections with the chaplain or CRMP • Piano accompaniment for Sunday Protestant and Catholic Worship Services Requirements: • Associate's degree in music or a related field (preferred) • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing religious musical programs or 3 years of specialized experience • Strong instrumental and vocal music skills suitable for secondary education settings • Ability to read music, play worship/praise music, and direct other musicians and vocalists Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
