• Attend the annual music production meeting scheduled the week prior to the Festival to familiarize yourself with parking procedures, meet Shuttle Drivers and music production personnel, and receive festival credentials, parking permits, and relevant information. • Meet with the Musician Lot Liaison and await the arrival of the first vehicle. • Promptly report any issues to the Shuttle Dispatcher or Shuttle Manager. • At the end of the day, return your radio and check out as instructed by the Shuttle Dispatcher. All Music Lot Greeters must be prepared to work outdoors on a bike, among vehicles, and on foot in all weather conditions from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
