```Duties:``` - Perform live music for church service - Knowledge of Baptist hymns and contemporary gospel songs - Adapt musical arrangements to suit church environment - Engage with the congregation and create an enjoyable and interactive experience - Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor ```Requirements:``` - Proficiency in playing piano - Strong musical skills, including sight-reading, improvisation, and the ability to play by ear - Experience performing in live settings - Knowledge of music theory and the ability to read sheet music a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt quickly to new musical arrangements or last-minute changes during performances Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change based on the needs of the organization.
