Music Operations Coordinator

Established in 2015, Create Music Group is a leading music and entertainment company. It operates a number of companies including Label Engine, one of the largest independent music distribution platforms in the world, with over 75,000 artists and 5,000 label clients; and Flighthouse, a digital entertainment brand focused on Gen Z, which has more than 300 million followers across social media. Assist with artist, vendor, and producer onboarding by collecting required documentation and payment information with manager oversightSupport setup in payment systems (e.g., Tipalti) under directionTrack onboarding and offboarding status using established checklists and toolsFlag missing or incomplete information to senior operations staffAssists back catalog transfers and include RIAA certifications with oversightOperational Request Support (LODs & Terminations) 1- 2 years of experience in music, media, operations, or administrative rolesRelevant music industry Internship experience is applicable Proficiency using MAC / PC, Google Workplace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)Microsoft Office Word, ExcelExperience using JIRA or other project management software is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts.Client Services experience is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working across multiple teams and systemsProficiency with spreadsheets and basic operational toolsInterest in music operations and artist release workflows We evaluate candidates based on their qualifications and the nature of the offense in relation to the job for which they are applying.
