Music Performers (Bass and Drummers)

Band members will be selected directly by the artist to ensure strong musical alignment, cohesiveness, and shared commitment to the vision and impact of the work. We are seeking musicians who not only perform at a high level but also resonate with purpose-driven artistry and the responsibility of contributing to meaningful experiences for diverse audiences. Technical Requirements • Ability to read sheet music and play by ear (primarily by ear) • For Drummers: Ability to play the Drum set only • Minimum 1 year of Corporate Band experience • Experience performing live in front of audiences • Must be 20+ years of age • Willingness to travel • Flexible availability (nights and weekends as needed) Collaboration & Character • Positive, team-oriented mindset • Coachable and open to feedback • Ego-free approach to group success • Respectful toward leadership, fellow musicians, and production staff • Alignment with a purpose-driven environment focused on encouragement and impact Experience: • Coporate Band: 1 year (Required)
