Are you passionate about music and excited to help others on their musical journey? Menchey Music, the area's largest family-owned music company, is looking for an enthusiastic full-time Music Product Specialist to join our Warehouse team at our Operations Center in Hanover, PA. This is a full-time, on-site, hourly position with semi-flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, plus seasonal opportunities for overtime.

About the Role
As our Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for teachers, customers, and fellow employees on accessory pricing, product information, and orders. You'll also manage our ShopMenchey website, keeping products and listings accurate and up to date.
What You'll Do
Answer pricing and product questions from teachers, customers, and employees, and fulfill their requestsManage our online shopping platforms, including product updates and listings on ShopMencheyMake sure products are available to fill ordersReach out to customers about order issues and use your musical know-how to suggest great alternativesRestock accessories for our stores dailyCreate proposals for our school service departmentSchedule short-term rentals and coordinate deliveriesOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements
