Job/FLSA Status: Part-Time, Seasonal, Exempt Position Responsibilities Lead sectionals with various groups at times specified by the Band Director and/or Choral Director.Encourage musical growth through lessons and other outside music resources pertaining to the student’s musical focus.Work cooperatively with the Band Director and/or Choral Director on goals and standards needed for superior musical performance.Assist in rehearsals as scheduled with Band Director and/or Choral Director.Organize and execute, in consultation with, and approval from, the Band Director and/or Choral Director, various goals for musical growth within the specialized section assigned to you.Maintain positive relationships with students fostering a safe learning environment.
