Job Overview: In this role, you will embody the world of creativity and music by encouraging students to find their own individual sound. Our mission is to develop and nurture lifelong musicians and make a difference in the world by enabling musicians and non-musicians alike to experience the joy that comes from creating music. Responsibilities: • Grow the lesson program through strategic sales and promotional initiatives • Drive revenue from rehearsal space rentals • Communicate effectively with parents and students to deliver a positive experience • Provide guidance to instructors, including scheduling and coordinating lessons • Maintain and expand curriculum sales • Ensure operational systems are functioning properly • Maintain schedules for the facility Requirements: • 3+ years of musical instruction experience (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.)
