Job Overview: As our Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our customers and students by promoting lesson and rehearsal packages, addressing customer inquiries, and providing facility tours. A successful Lessons Lead possesses Customer Focus, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Skills, and Performance Management skills. They must lead, manage, and mentor others while communicating effectively in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in musical instruction • Ability to lift up to 25lbs • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
