Music Retail Leader

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr depending on background and experience.

This position is eligible to participate in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on Company performance.

The Music Retail Leader is essential in driving daily sales and operations while upholding top-notch customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the sales team through coaching, counseling, motivating, and providing necessary information to help them achieve their sales goals.Maintain a keen awareness of financial metrics, inventory, and other key statistics.Ensure all products are available for sale and attractively displayed.Oversee payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training of store employees.Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts on a daily basis.Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and support teaching staff.Provide exceptional customer service to every customer.Perform additional duties as assigned.Why Choose Music & Arts? Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.2 years of relevant work experience.Preferred Qualifications:
