Welch Music Center is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Music Retail Sales Associate to join our team. Part-time position: 20–30 hours per week Flexible scheduling, including some Saturdays Competitive hourly pay based on experience Passion for music and musical instruments Strong customer service and communication skills Retail sales experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of band, orchestra, piano, guitar, or other musical instruments is a plus Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to lift and move instruments and merchandise as needed For generations, Welch Music Center has been helping musicians throughout the Treasure Valley find the instruments, services, and support they need to succeed.
