We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about music and dedicated to achieving sales excellence. As a Music Sales Consultant, your primary aim will be to exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service to help our store thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed personal sales goals.Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs.Build and strengthen relationships with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.Deliver compelling sales presentations based on training provided.Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.Cultivate customer loyalty and engagement.Assist in various operational tasks including merchandising and store maintenance.Ensure store security by managing access and maintaining confidentiality of security information.Other duties as assigned.Why Work with Us?

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.About Music & Arts:
